8) How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Your personal data will therefore be kept for the following periods (or, where there is no fixed period, the following factors will be used to determine how long it is kept):

Retained for 7 years post-client relationship for compliance and record-keeping. If no longer needed, it is deleted after 2 years of inactivity.

  • Business information including business name, job title, and profession.

Retained for 7 years for financial and regulatory compliance (e.g., audits, tax reporting).

  • Payment information including bank account numbers, and transaction records.

Retained for 7 years in line with financial and tax regulations. Card details are never stored, except when required by law via third-party payment processors.

  • Profile information including preferences and interests, username and password, and purchase history.

Retained as long as the user has an active account. If inactive for 2 years, the data is anonymized or deleted.

  • Technical information including IP address, browser type and version, and operating system.

Retained for 12 months for security, analytics, and fraud prevention, then anonymized or deleted.

  • Accounting & Tax Records including invoices, tax returns, payroll records.

Retained for at least 7 years in compliance with tax and accounting laws.

  • Email and Marketing Records

Retained until the user unsubscribes or after 2 years of inactivity. Users can opt out at any time.

9) How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?

We will store some of your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation.

We may store some of your personal data within the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein.
